Blessings Truth Church Family!
Our “Beach Baptism” church service last Sunday (July 8th), at South Causeway Park Seaway Drive in Fort Pierce, was such a blessing, as lots of people took the next step in declaring Jesus as Lord, at the river! Praise God! We also had a great time of praise and worship and fellowship and enjoyed lunch together. Special thanks to all who contributed.
What an exciting weekend of events for Truth Church and our School, Saint Lucie Christian. We began with a School Open House tour on Saturday, which was a day of fun with bounce houses and face painting and connecting with families, new and old, touring our school. We are pleased to announce that several new children have been signed up to become part of our Saint Lucie Christian family!
On Sunday evening, we hosted our first Gospel Concert, filled with enthusiasm, joy, excitement and lots of people! We enjoyed the Gospel presented by local Fort Pierce Talent including Swerve, Kayla Mitchell & Kenny Robinson. Our Special Guest Headliner was multi-award-winning Gospel Artist Jekalyn Carr, who took us on a journey to the heavens with her beautiful voice and amazing spirit! What an amazing and spirit-filled night it was!
This was the first of many Gospel Concerts to come, hosted by Truth Church!

A special thanks to all those who participated and contributed to making the events of this past weekend possible! You are a blessing! It takes teamwork to make the dream work!
Sunday morning service was phenomenal as usual, and we hope you were able to join us, either in person or on-line. What an awesome and anointed morning of praise and worship! The praise team once again, led the congregation into the presence of the Holy Spirit as we lifted up our voices in heartfelt praise and adoration to our Lord and Savior!
Pastor Jason continued with part 2 of his series “This is Us”, as he drove his message home, focusing on who we are individually and as a church body…a part of the body of Christ, and how we must come together to accomplish Kingdom business and to magnify His presence and effect change in our community and our world!
In his opening prayer, Pastor Jason thanked God for His presence in the room, for our honored guests, families, children, and those hearing his voice, watching by livestream. “Thank You God that You have a word for us today. Empower my words with the anointing of Your Holy Spirit to enter every heart. I pray that You have Your way in our lives today…In Jesus Precious Name…Amen.”
“This is Us!” (part 2)
Before we are anything, we are the body of Christ!
We are embassadors of the Kingdom!
Our citizenship in the United States is a temporary status!
The world needs hope…it’s broken!
The world needs the body of Christ to give them hope, a reason to live.
Who do we say Jesus is today? (Matthew 16:13-18)
Jesus is the hope of the whole world!
Jesus is coming for us!We are His chosen people!
He has chosen us to represent who He is to a dying world!
He will be revealed to the world through how we live, how we act.
We must make a commitment and ask Jesus to change us and let Him have His way in our lives!
If you make a commitment to Jesus Christ, you are a Born-Again Christian, and as such you have a Kingdom assignment, and you are a part of the Body of Christ!
What is the church?The church is not a building!It’s not a where – it’s a who!
The church is a people that gather together in His name to fulfill the assignment on our lives to glorify His Kingdom!
We are the church!
The kingdom of earth is run by government officials, politicians, and the world put’s all its faith in them … but we do not put our faith in politicians or government officials, we put our faith in Jesus Christ!
Because we live in this world system, we need to support and elect Godly people to represent Christ in the world!
We need to elect people that are Kingdom minded, otherwise we do our own selves in and we don’t even need a devil to do it!
The answer for our nation is leading people to Jesus Christ!
There is nobody perfect, we just need to elect people that share our values and believe in the God we believe in – God will take care of the rest!
Just look at the bible – there were no perfect people! But God uses imperfect, broken people to do mighty things!
You need to trust God and let Him lead you through your present situation out to the other side in victory!
God takes imperfect people, refines them, and takes them on a journey to fulfill the destiny of their lives!
A “This is Us” Church, serves by nature…
We would have no hospitals if it weren’t for Christians. The first hospital in the world was started by Christians!
The education system in this country was started by Pastors!
The very first text book in the United States was the bible!
A “This is Us” Church, is marked by generosity… (Acts 4:32-35)
It is not what we can acquire, but what we can give away!
It’s about making a difference in someone else’s life!
A “This is Us” Church, focuses on people…
Helping others through loving, caring, feeding, praying, equipping, unity, synergy
The church is just a building without people in it, but when you show up, it becomes the church! (1st Corinthians 3:9)
A “This is Us” Church, passionately pursues the Lord Jesus Christ… (Ephesians 5:25-27)
We all have issues, but we are being perfected as we passionately pursue Him.
Jesus laid down His life for us, His church, the corporate body of individuals coming together for His purpose.
We are not meant to do this alone!
We are the body of Christ – a people of God!
For the first time in history, we are living in a time where most of the world does not know Christ. We are the minority!
Most of the secular world looks at Christians as weak-minded people, needing a crutch to make it through life.
As Christians, a unified body of Christ, we can change the world, one mind, one heart at a time!
The Holy spirit cannot live in the world if He doesn’t have a body to reside in!
We have the ability to infiltrate this world with the love of Christ because His Spirit is living on the inside of us!
We are the body of Christ!
THIS IS US!
“Who do we say Jesus is today?” … Matthew 16:13-18
13 When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” 14 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” 17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. 18 And I tell you that you are Peter,[a] and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades[b] will not overcome it.
“Generosity – Believers Share Their Possessions” … Acts 4:32-35
32 All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. 33 With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all 34 that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales 35 and put it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need.
“We are the Church” … 1st Corinthians 3:9
9 For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.
“Passionately pursue and love The Lord, just as He loves us” … Ephesians 5:25-27
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her 26 to make her holy, cleansing[a] her by the washing with water through the word, 27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.
